1. Eligibility and Player Restrictions

'Kings & Queens : Tournaments' is designed for amateur competition. To maintain fairness, strict eligibility rules apply:

• • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate.
• • No College or Pro Players: Players who are currently playing, or have previously played, at the collegiate level (NCAA, NAIA, JUCO, etc.) or higher (professional leagues) are strictly prohibited from participating.
• • Penalties: If Kings & Queens LLC discovers that a team has fielded an ineligible player, that team will be immediately disqualified, face an automatic loss for all games played, and forfeit their registration fee. The offending player and team captain may be banned from the platform.

2. Tournament Rules and Roster Management

• • Roster Size: For 3v3 basketball, teams must consist of a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) players.
• • Minimum Players: A team must have at least three players present at the scheduled court to begin a game. Teams without enough players at tip-off will forfeit the match.
• • Free Agents: Players without a full team may register as "Free Agents." Directors or Team Captains may assign Free Agents to teams requiring players prior to the close of registration.

3. Gameplay and Officiating

• • Referees: Designated referees will officiate matches.
• • Final Authority: The referee’s decisions on the court, including foul calls and score tracking, are absolute and final. There are no video reviews or disputes.
• • Code of Conduct: Aggressive behavior, fighting, threatening officials, or excessive arguing will result in immediate ejection from the tournament without a refund, and a potential lifetime ban from the 'Kings & Queens : Tournaments' app.

4. Payments and NO REFUND Policy

• • All Sales are Final: Once a player or team registers and pays for a tournament via the 'Kings & Queens : Tournaments' app, the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
• • This strict no-refund policy applies to all scenarios, including but not limited to: team forfeits, player injuries, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, or disqualification due to rules violations.
• • Rebuys: In double-elimination formats, teams knocked into the losers' bracket may be offered a "Rebuy" option. Rebuys must be paid immediately in the app within the allotted time limit, or the option is forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the 'Kings & Queens : Tournaments' app, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and tournament structures, are the exclusive property of Kings & Queens LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kings & Queens LLC provides the app and tournaments "as is." We are not liable for app downtime, scheduling delays, injuries incurred during play, or disputes between players. Your total remedy for any claim against Kings & Queens LLC shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific event in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
